The purpose of the vibratory feeder is to remove the fines from the input material. The material is agitated and moved along the feeder by a forward motion. In turn the material moves down the feeder spreading as it goes, enabling the fines element to drop down.

All our BlueMAC trommel screens are bespoke to the individuals specific requirements. The purpose of the trommel screen is to remove all the fines from a given waste stream.

By removing the small fractions, a large proportion of the weight is removed and the waste becomes easier to handle. The size of the fines removed are predetermined by the size of apertures in the trommel drum. Depending on the actual process, volume and waste stream, the fines removed can vary from minus 25mm to 40mm.

All our picking stations are custom made to suit each customers individual requirements depending on their specific waste, throughput and space.

Each design is bespoke and is setup with the required number of picking bays to enable the safe separation of the required recoverables such as wood, paper, cardboard and plastics. To improve the comfort and security for the operators, many of our installations are fully enclosed with heating and lighting.
